My Job project
Short description of the project :

The project targets 60 unemployed graduates aged 21-29 from the Hebron camps (Al-Arroub and Al-Fawwar), Bethlehem (Aida and Al-Dheisheh) (30 females and 30 males) who suffer from unemployment, poverty and lack of job opportunities in the targeted camps due to the difficult security, political and economic conditions, political instability and the cessation of employment opportunities in UNRWA institutions due to the financial crisis they have been suffering from for a long time. The target group also suffers from a gap between their experiences and the requirements of the labor market at the level of civil work and economic companies.

Objectives:

Main goal: Involve and integrate unemployed university graduates aged 21-29 from the camps in the southern West Bank in their strategies for achieving economic and social resilience through the activities of the My Job Project

Specific goals:

1- Raise the efficiency of unemployed graduates in responding to the needs of the Palestinian labor market 2- Increase the opportunities for unemployed graduates to access sustainable jobs that contribute to their economic and social resilience

Practical training within institutions, companies and schools

 My Job Platform

Launching the My Job Platform, a digital platform that gives each beneficiary a special page within the platform with the CV and experience, and linking this platform to all civil and private institutions and economic companies, in addition to linking it to all employment sites in the West Bank.

– The graduates targeted by the project have become able to respond to the needs of the labor market
